In this entertaining and practical workshop, professional story producer Billy Cook uses popular stories from modern media to break down the formula for navigating change and achieving your goals.

This workshop is primarily designed for C-Suite executives, leadership teams and managers but will resonate with anything navigating change.

It provides a clear framework for identifying operational and cultural limitations, understanding the changes needed to achieve business goals, and navigating external challenges and internal friction. The focus is on making the path to these goals smoother and more efficient.

It is especially valuable for businesses aiming to scale, reach new milestones, or implement new objectives that require updated operational strategies, stronger team cohesion, and unified support in pursuit of the company’s vision.

Using a 4-act story structure to understand the change process, you will learn how to:

  • Identify the reason for change to set clear goals

This session can be run as a more intimate workshop for a small group of people (8-12) who want to go particularly deep into the topic.
